Pennsylvania GOP congressional candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz has been accused of forging a will and taking millions of dollars from an Istanbul bank account, according to new court papers.

The lawyer for Dr. Oz said it was a complex and fact-intensive family drama.

On the other side of the battle is her brother, who is being sued by his sister in New York Supreme Court.

She said in her lawsuit that she has not been paid for more than three years.

The money is her share of the rental income from a pair of three-bedroom, Upper East Side condos that were once owned by their father.

Dr. Oz and his sister Seval Oz are fighting against this claim.

As their father lay dying in an Istanbul hospital, they said in their court papers that Nazlim stole from his bank accounts.

According to court papers, Dr. Oz, his sister and their mother, Suna, believe that their father's signature was forged and that millions of dollars have been stashed in Holland, India, and the Cayman Islands.

The Istanbul Chief Prosecutor's Office is looking into the forgery after a Turkish handwriting expert confirmed it.

When Dr. Oz took over the management of the condominiums, he allegedly started stiffing her out of payments.

The rents were paid directly to the parents' account in Istanbul until the father's death, and are now being held in the New York bank account of "Oz", pending an outcome to the inheritance dispute.

According to Dr. Oz's affidavit, there is strong evidence that the monthly $15,000 distributions never took place.

In our family's ongoing litigation in Turkey, it is alleged that Nazlim stole millions of dollars from our father, including rents from the two Manhattan condominiums that had been deposited into our parents.

The lawyer in the New York lawsuit wouldn't speak to Insider Tuesday. A Manhattan judge is being asked to rule in her favor.

Dr. Oz wants the condo-rent dispute put on hold until the inheritance battles in Turkey are over. The next step in the case will be for the judge to set a date for oral arguments.
