On Tuesday, Rudy Giuliani denied claims made by two of Donald Trump's campaign staffers that he was drunk on election night.

Giuliani said he was "disgusted and outraged at the out right lie" from Trump's former campaign manager and campaign adviser.

During Monday's hearing, Stepien testified that he believed Giuliani had too much to drink, while Miller testified that Guiliani was drunk.

Giuliani said his favorite drink is DietPepsi.

It is not clear if Giulianis comments were related to the dip.

Liz Cheney said during her opening statement on Monday that Trump followed the course recommended by Rudy Giuliani to just claim he won and insist that the vote counting stop. Stepien and Miller said they told Trump to wait until more votes were counted. Giuliani's lawyer appeared on CNN after the hearing to insist that the claims were false.

Giuliani was subpoenaed by the January 6 Committee in January for his alleged involvement in attempts to disrupt or delay the certification of election results. The Department of Homeland Security was asked by Giuliani if it could seize voting machines. Giuliani was called anintegral part of the committee's investigation days before he was subpoenaed.

The next hearing will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. due to the need for staff to prepare video evidence.

The hearing shows rioters repeating Trump's baseless election claims.
