Rudy Giuliani continued to make false claims to the January 6 panel that if they gave him 'the paper ballots,' he could overturn Biden's victory

During his testimony to the January 6 panel, Rudy Giuliani claimed that he had evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election.

Giuliani's testimony to the House panel investigating the Capitol riot was aired on Monday. There were election fraud claims made by the former mayor.

There were 100,000 ballots in garbage cans, wastepaper baskets, cardboard boxes, and shopping baskets, according to Giuliani.

He accused Smartmatic of leaking information that then-presidential candidate Joe Biden was behind in the polls and that they should come up with more ballots.

Giuliani said he would be able to prove that the election was stolen from him.

We have the ability to prove everything I said. "If you gave me the paper ballots, I would probably turn around each of these states," Giuliani said. If you allow me to examine each one of those ballots, I would pull out fraudulent ones that would ruin the country.

During a November 2020 press conference at Four Seasons Total Landscaping, Giuliani championed the false claims of voter fraud made by Trump. Testimonies from the January 6 panel's hearing on Monday revealed that Giuliani was the person who pushed Trump to win the election even if he wasn't up in votes.

During a pre-recorded clip aired at Monday's hearing, Bill Stepien remarked that the Trump camp was divided into "Team Normal" and "Team Giuliani".

The defamation lawsuit against Giuliani was brought by a voting technology company. Giuliani was suspended from practicing law in New York and hit with an ethics charge by the DC bar over his baseless election claims.

In December 2021, Giuliani claimed that he had "900 death certificates" to prove that thousands of dead people voted in the 2020 election.
