The rightwing news channel gave it a try on Monday when the Vermont senator appeared in a debate on Fox Nation.

Democrats doubt Biden's ability to win in the next election.

Lindsey Graham is a Republican senator from South Carolina.

An unfettered breakdown of Medicare for all, a national public healthcare system, a living wage, and increasing taxes on the wealthiest Americans were some of the proposals given by the presidential candidate.

It was a rare chance for Fox viewers to hear a different perspective on policies which are often demonized by rightwingers Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity.

It was a chance for him to reach a new audience and he immediately focused on universal healthcare.

In the United States, Lindsey, we spend twice as much per capita on healthcare compared to the people of any other country, while major countries like Canada, the UK, and Germany provide healthcare to all their people.

He asked, 'Why is that?' Insurance companies don't rip off the system.

According to several polls, a majority of Americans support the idea of Medicare for all.

What does the American people want? What do the Americans want? They would like Medicare for all.

Medicare is the US government's national healthcare system for seniors, and progressives want to eliminate private health insurance.

Private insurance is wonderful. Graham was told to talk to the millions of workers who lost their private insurance.

After running against Donald Trump for the Republican nomination for president, Graham became one of his most ardent defenders, but the relationship between the two has soured.

He said that the person was out of touch.

America doesn't deserve better than this. After talking about rising inflation and gas prices, Graham said, "We can do better than this."

It won't fix America. We are not communists. There is a better way to go.

Graham did not give any details.

He wants to find a way to fix the national debt if he becomes the chairman of the budget committee.

After Graham criticized him for being a socialist, he leaned into the political philosophy to defend himself.

Do you think the minimum wage should be raised to fifteen dollars an hour? Do you think guaranteeing healthcare to everyone is socialistic? Expanding Medicare to cover dental care is socialistic. "That's right."

During his campaign for president, he appeared on Fox News for a town hall style event. He was applauded by the Fox News live audience several times as he explained some of his progressive policies.

The debate took place after a bipartisan group of senators announced they had come to a tentative agreement over gun control measures.

A plan announced by Chris Murphy, a Democrat, and John Cornyn, a Republican, would increase funding for school safety and mental health programs, as well as expand background checks for gun buyers under the age of 21.

The bill wouldn't ban assault-style weapons or raise the age limit to buy them, something gun control advocates insist is necessary.

He gave his tentative support to the legislation, but said it wasn't enough. It's time for Congress to stand up to the power of the National Rifle Association and pass gun reform legislation, according to the senator.

I'm from a state that's rural. Most people don't use rifles for hunting deer. These are weapons that are designed to kill quickly.

It is up to the nation to decide if it is appropriate to allow someone to walk into a gun store and purchase a weapon.

He said he had learned something new.

After New York, after Buffalo, and after the shooting in Texas, there are a lot of disturbed people who get guns and do terrible things with them.

Graham said that if he had to defend himself, he would probably use a double barrel shotgun. assault weapons won't be banned.

The two found little common ground and agreed that change is required.

Graham has been in Congress for more than 26 years.

There was a bigger vision offered by the man.

Most people will tell you that the Congress is out of touch with the needs of the American people and that the political system is corrupt.
