Music is the best way to make a party better. More phone manufacturers don't include a 3.5mm jack in their phones, making it easier to play music. You don't need to spend a lot of money to get the best speakers.

The StormBox Micro is an audio accessory that Tribit knows how to make. The speaker is 9W of power and has a deep, booming bass. The StormBox Micro 2 is a better speaker than the humble predecessor because of its lower price.

The ability to be mounted to bikes, backpacks, belts, or nearly anything else is one of the most distinctive features of the Stormbox Micro. You don't have to worry about getting caught in the rain, and you can pair two of these speakers together, because they are dust resistant.

The StormBox Micro only has 8 hours of battery life, which makes it hard for some people to have fun. It works the same way as your phone and laptop for easy charging.

Sony SRS-XB13 speaker

The Sony SRS-XB13 is a great choice if you want a game that is portable and budget-friendly. It's hard to believe the speaker has such a small package. The Sony SRS-XB13 doesn't compromise on quality.

The XB13's slogan is "Extra Bass" and it is true that it will allow you to listen to your favorite songs with a lot of bass. If you want to attach the speaker to a bag or throw it over your shoulder, you'll need a strap on the speaker's bottom.

The SRS-XB13 doesn't have a lot of extras. You'll have to use your phone's built-in audio tools if you want to adjust the levels. If you want to have a proper party outdoors, you would need to pair two of these babies to achieve banging loud volumes, but these are often the sacrifice you'll have to make to hit such a low price.

Anker Soundcore Mini 3

It's important for you to be able to hear your music from wherever you are. That's where a speaker like the Soundcore Mini 3 can make a difference. You can use the Soundcore app on your phone to make your own sound.

The package is light and has two drivers and 5 watt of power. The battery life is around 15 hours, which is long enough for pool parties and other activities.

You can pair over 100 Mini 3s, and each speaker is feather-light at just half a pound. Dustproofing is not included in the IPX7 waterproof rating so you need to be careful around dirt.

It isn't a dedicated speaker, but it is a popular choice among many. The latest Echo Dot gives users a lot to talk about, while still allowing them to show off a bit.

You have the option of using the 3.5mm auxiliary jack to pair your device with others. It's easy to control your smart home with the built-in voice assistant. The sound isn't great, but you can pair it with another speaker or a stereo device.

Since you need to keep the Echo Dot plugged in at all times, it's not portable. It can be frustrating, but the integrated voice assistant makes up for it. You can make it wireless by grabbing a third-party battery base to power it off. The Mission battery base is made for Amazon and is a great choice.

The Nest Mini is a great alternative if you prefer the voice control features of the Amazon Echo Dot. It puts out more bass than its predecessor and has a touch-sensitive fabric cover that allows you to adjust volume with a quick tap.

While it makes a great smart speaker on a budget, it may not be the best solution on a mobile device. It's possible to use it to control the rest of your smart home without lifting a finger. Turn on some party lights.

There's no way to wire audio into the speaker if you don't have a headphones jack. With hands-free voice controls, you can connect your phone to play audio and play it without wires.

Cambridge SoundWorks OontZ Angle 3 Ultra speaker covered in water droplets

The Cylinders that pump out music at differing rates, shapes, and sizes are the same design as many of the differentBluetooth speakers. The triangular design of the OontZ Angle 3 Ultra makes it possible to cover as much area as possible.

We wouldn't recommend taking the Angle 3 Ultra into the wild because of the IPX7 rating. The speaker is vulnerable to sand and dust because you missed out on dust resistance. The speaker's biggest benefit is that it allows you to keep your phone with you and not with the speaker.

You'll still be stuck in the past with the micro-USB charging port even though it's 100 feet. Cambridge SoundWorks didn't think about updating the charging port over the last-gen OontZ Angle 3, despite the fact that the OontZ Ultra (4th Gen) bumps up to a new level. If you go for a hike, you might not want to carry the OontZ Angle 3 Ultra because it's a bit heavier than some of the other speakers.

Tronsmart Trip portable Bluetooth speaker dangling from a finger

There isn't anything wrong with a speaker that doesn't have a lot of frills or a design that makes it stand out from the crowd. A great speaker is not always the best option. There is no significant features to "WOW" you in the tronsmart trip. Tout unbelievable value is something it does.

The speaker has a 20-hour battery life and is one of the leaders on the list. You have a speaker that will work for every situation if you combine all of this with the 10 watt power. The box also contains a 3.5mm audio cable.

The cheapest speaker on this list is the tronsmart trip portable speaker. The bottom of the barrel price has trade-offs such as just okay bass and no app support.

The speaker has a tear- resistant strap so you don't have to worry about it getting damaged, and it has a durable exterior coating so you don't have to worry about it getting scratched. It has a battery life of at least 24 hours. You don't have to worry about listening to music too much during the weekend.

The Tribit XSound has a 66-foot range so you don't have to leave your phone behind while walking. You can double the volume with this speaker at a party.

Pick the best portable speaker based on your needs

The Tribit's StormBox Micro is an inexpensive waterproof speaker that can be difficult to find. The speaker has a decent battery life and a great bass response that will give you a boost.

It's also possible to pair this with another StormBox for a stereo sound setup, perfect for any situation. You can clip it to your bike for a quick workout, as it is certified for protection against water and dust. There is only one downside. If you don't have an auxiliary port, you'll need to connect to the speaker viaBluetooth.
