Microsoft made a lot of western JRPG fans happy on Sunday when it announced it was working with Atlus to bring the series to the Game Pass. The main entries in the franchise have been exclusive to the PS consoles. Expansion isn't restricted to Game Pass.
On Monday, Atlus said it would bring some of its popular games to PS5. According to the press release, P3P and P5R will join P4G on Steam. The PS5 and Steam versions of those games weren't announced by Atlus. P5R will be available on the Game Pass on October 21st.
More people will be able to experience the series because of the increased availability. You had to go out of your way to play most of the games. In the past, it was only possible to play the original version of the game on the PS2. Before its PC release in 2020, the game was only available on the handheld device. After the success of the game, a lot of people turned to emulation to check it out.
