  • Trump was indicted over the Capitol riot.

  • Attorney General Garland was threatened with impeachment by the man.

  • The White House needs to be messed with. "We are going to impeach you and everyone in the DOJ."

The possibility of a Trump indictment in connection with January 6 was a topic of discussion on Steve's show.

The attorney posted a clip from the "War Room: Pandemic" show in which the Trump ally raged at the possibility that Trump might face an indictment in connection with the January 6 Capitol riot.

Trump was elected president. The former president's groundless conspiracy theories of widespread voter fraud were parroted by the president's chief strategist.

We are not interested in what you have to say. The first of six hearings on the January 6 riot was held on Tuesday.

We're going to impeach you. In November, we're going to impeach you and everyone around you. The White House needs to be messed with. He said that they were going to impeach you and everyone in the DOJ.

According to the members of the January 6 Committee, there is enough evidence to indict Trump for trying to change the outcome of the election. "I would like to see the Justice Department investigate any credible allegation of criminal activity on the part of the president," said the congressman.

A report published by The Atlantic last week cast doubt on whether or not the political strategist really believes the baseless claims of voter fraud. Sam Nunberg told the outlet that Bannon only parroted Trump's election fraud theories to get a pardon. One of Trump's final acts in office was to grant a pardon to Steve Bannon. He was facing fraud charges related to the "We build the wall" campaign.

The DOJ charged him in November after he failed to comply with a subpoena related to the Capitol riot. He is scheduled to go on trial in Washington, DC, next month and is facing criminal charges.
