'Overwatch 2' is going free-to-play with early access starting on October 4th

The player-vs-environment side of the sequel is unknown. There is a chance that there will be a battle pass in the new game. Content should be updated on a regular basis. Premium cosmetics and cross- platform progression will be included in the game.
