The game will be available in early access on October 4. The PVP parts of it will be. The original game was paid for, but it will be free to play. The game will be released on a number of platforms.
On October 4, we will introduce an exciting new competitive vision, as well as amazing new content and a remake of the heroes, maps, and game play that made the original game so compelling. This is the beginning of an always-on and always-evolving era for the franchise, and a recommitment to serving players with frequent and substantial updates planned well into the future.
Junker Queen is the second hero for the second game in the series.

Over the past few months, we've seen the game in full, including with a closed alpha. The company has divided the game into two parts. We don't know when the PVE portion of the game will be available.
The acquisition isn't expected to close until Microsoft's fiscal year 2023, which starts in July
