While speaking at a Christian event, Lauren Boebert joked that she prays for President Joe Biden's death.

According to the center's website, Boebert made the comments during a weekend event called the Family Camp Meeting, which included a series of speakers who have proven God's Word.

There is a video of Boebert making a comment.

I would like you to know that I am praying for our president. May his days be short and another takes his office according to the bible. I'm happy! Boebert said "glory to God" as the crowd applauded.

Representatives for Boebert, who is under investigation for misuse of campaign funds, did not reply to a request for comment on Sunday.

Politics have used the notorious psalm before. David Perdue spoke at the Faith and Freedom Coalition's Road to Majority conference and directed the verse at Barack Obama.

I think we should pray for him. We need to be very specific about what we say in prayer. The Bible says we should pray. Perdue said "let his days be few and let another have his office."
