After being defeated by China's Zhang Weili, Poland's Jedrzejczyk decided to retire.
She hadn't fought since losing to Weili by a split decision in 2020 and was knocked out in the second round of the strawweight bout.
"I'm very proud of myself and I can't wait to fully enjoy my retirement," Jedrzejczyk, who defended her title five times between 2015 and 2017, told the UFC website.
"UFC has changed my life and I always give as much as I can and I'm trying to give back as much as I can but it's time for myself."
