Kondtratyuk started building body armor with profits from jewelry sales. She said Oberig had sent 6000 pieces of body armor.

Kondtratyuk wanted to make a contribution to the war effort. The company started making silver wedding rings in order to give back to the couples fighting in the Ukrainian armed forces.

Kondratyuk said he saw a lot of stories about soldiers getting married at the front.

I came up with the idea to give them Oberig rings. The idea of helping the soldiers who don't have time to buy wedding rings inspired us and we realized that we have to implement it.

More than 150 wedding rings have been donated to soldiers. Sometimes she gets requests from platoon commanders who want to place an order for several people in their division.

She said she received requests from soldiers who were in Mariupol.

'I don't really believe in God, but I pray for his safety every night'

Anastasiia Herasymova and her husband Denys told Insider that they were worried about the build-up of Russian troops before the invasion.

We didn't want to do anything. We didn't sleep much. He volunteered to defend the country after I said I was not leaving.

Denys used an Oberig wedding ring when he and his bride were married.

"I don't believe in God, but I pray for his safety every night," she said. All my thoughts are directed to his defense. The days are gray as if the bright colors have been taken away from me.

Kondratyuk said that other couples have married online with the rings.

Kondratyuk said Oberig had recently returned to some work in their flagship store, but she knows the nature of her business has changed for the foreseeable future.

We would like to return to our work full-scale and develop business in a peaceful Ukraine. She said that it was important to bring victory closer.
