  • Russian officials have been accused of blocking grain exports.

  • Putin wants to starve places in Asia and Africa in order to win the war.

  • He said that when the food riots begin, Russian propaganda will blameUkraine.

According to a Yale historian, Russian President Putin plans to starve some countries.

The "latest chapter of hunger politics" was the topic of a lengthy thread published on Saturday by the man.

Russia has a plan to get food. The importance of Ukraine's food exports to the global food supply was noted by a professor at Yale University.

The area around the Black Sea has been referred to as the world's breadbasket due to its fertile soil and high rates of grain production. The two countries account for 30% of the world's wheat exports.

Yemen used to get nearly a quarter of its wheat imports from Ukraine, and experts told Insider that cutting off those exports could have a huge impact on the country.

Russia denies blocking millions of tons of grain from leaving its ports.

If the Russian blockade continues, tens of millions of tons of food will rot in silos, and tens of millions of people in Africa and Asia will starve.

According to the historian, Putin had three main objectives. To destroy its statehood by cutting off its exports. Second, to create instability in Europe by creating refugees from places like North Africa and the Middle East.

He said that Putin wanted to use mass starvation as a propaganda stunt.

"When the food riots begin, and as starvation spreads, Russian propaganda will blameUkraine, and call for Russia's territorial gains in Ukraine to be recognized, and for all sanctions to be lifted."

The historian said that both Stalin and Hitler wanted to control the food supply, but that Putin's plan was a new level of colonization.

Russia is going to starve Asians and Africans in order to win the war in Europe.

While Britain accused Putin of trying to hold the world to ransom with food, he blamed the West for global food supply issues.

Since February 24, the war in Ukraine has continued. Ukrainian officials said this week that the country is in need of more weapons after Russian forces refocused on the east of the country.
