Jack Del Rio deleted his account on Saturday, one day after he was fined for comments he made about a previous post.
Del Rio was fined $100,000 by Washington for making comments about the events at the U.S. Capitol.
There was no statement from the team on Del Rio's deletion of his account.
Rivera said in a statement that Del Rio's comments are extremely harmful to the D.C. area.
Rivera said that the January 6, 2021, incident on the Capitol was an act of domestic terrorism. The Capitol building was damaged when a group of citizens tried to overturn the election results.
The team didn't make a statement on Del Rio's deletion of his account.
Multiple sources close to the players have said that they don't think Del Rio's address will be a problem for his players. Someone close to Chase Young said that Del Rio was his guy.

The NAACP's president called for Del Rio to be fired because of his comments.
