We got a look at what the device could look like in a set of unofficial renders, but now we have leaked images of what appears to be the actual device. The images match up with the earlier renders and give us a better idea of the device's display crease.
One image shows the device's display when it's flipped open, and you can see a slight glare where the crease would usually appear. It is hard to tell what the crease will look like from just one angle.
When you tilt the phone, you can see the crease. It isn't a problem in normal use and it's easy to forget about once you get used to the device. We will likely have to wait until we get our hands on the device to see if the crease really is.
The leaked photos show a device that bears a lot of resemblance to its predecessor, with a two-tone color scheme, dual cameras, and a hole-punch cutout for the selfies camera. There is a small gap between the two sides of the device when it is closed.
One of the biggest weaknesses of the Z Flip 3 was its camera quality, which is why TechTalkTV believes that the device will come with a 10MP selfies camera. An upcoming device could come with a larger 3700mAh battery and an upgraded 25W fast-charging capability, according to a source.
The Z fold 4 and the Z flip 4 are expected to be revealed by the company in August.
