Dolphins' Tyreek Hill Says Tua Tagovailoa Tops Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes in Accuracy

Since he entered the NFL, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa's arm strength has been a major question mark, but new Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill believes Tua is an elite athlete.

Hill praised Tagovailoa for his accuracy when he spoke about his trade from the Kansas City Chiefs to the Dolphins.

Hill was asked who has the stronger arm between Tagovailoa and Mahomes, to which he replied, "Obviously, like I'm gonna go with 15."

With Hill moving to Miami, Tagovailoa now has the best weapon he has ever thrown to in his young career, since he has racked up more success in theNFL than Tua.

Hill continued to praise Tua, suggesting that he can make all the throws an NFL quarterback needs to in order to be successful.

I had a chance to watch Tua throw the ball, but he's that dude. A lot of people don't know that he's my quarterback. I'm not trying to get more targets right now, but what I'm trying to say is Tua is that deal. He has a great arm. He is correct. He can throw the deep ball, but he doesn't go through his reads as often as people think. This guy is that guy.

After a stellar collegiate career at Alabama, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was selected by the Dolphins in the fifth round of the 2020 draft.

Tagovailoa has missed some time due to injury in his first two NFL seasons, but he has also had some success as a starter.

Hill is a six-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro, and he believes hisVersatility will help Tagovailoa evolve:

The Dolphins haven't reached the playoffs since 2016 and have just one playoff appearance over the past 13 seasons and two over the past 20 seasons.
