Buzz and Sox in the cockpit.

You have two choices when you think about Lightyear. You can either enjoy the ride and see it as a cool sci-fi adventure or you can be crazy. The movie Andy saw that made him want a Buzz Lightyear toy is the meta-nature of the film.

We dug a lot deeper into that. In a previous article, Lightyear's co-writer and director Angus MacLane explained how much he's figured out about the movie, how it relates to the toy, and more. Think again if you thought that was the last you'd see. MacLane, producer Galyn Susman, and composer Michael Giacchino spoke at a recent press conference.

Lightyear is a live-action film or an animated film according to the reporter from Mama's Geeky. MacLane immediately said it was live-action. The filmmakers who made the film were asked yesterday. The credits have our names on them. There is an in-universe version of each of us, and we are now Disney characters.

MacLane said that it could be seen in some of the press yesterday. It is odd to think about that. It's weird but exciting for Giacchino. He wondered if they were going to make action figures of him and MacLane. The director said he hoped so.

Sox looking adorable.

Why did we see toys of Buzz and Zurg in the Toy Story universe, but not the best character in the franchise, the robot cat who stole this film? MacLane had a pretty good answer for that as well.
