Justin Bieber Battling Virus That Has Paralyzed Part of His Face

There is a serious virus that has left the right side of his face paralyzed and he needs to take some time off to get better.

The singer posted a video Friday explaining to fans why he's had to cancel several shows over the last week. There is a nerve in his ear.

In the video, you can see that Justin can't blink with one of his eyes, and only smiles with one side of his mouth.

While apologizing to fans for missing the recent shows, he says the whole thing is serious and that he will need to take some time off to get healthy.

He says that with work, everything will get back to normal, but he doesn't know how long that will take.

The Justice World Tour kicked off back in February and hit a small hiccup when he and his fiancée got married.
