A lot of announcements were made this week as part of its Geeked Week. There were a number of announcements about the platform's slowly growing game and game-adjacent offerings.

Ahead of Cuphead season 2's August premiere, the streaming service showed off a short video featuring more of Ms. Chalice, who made her debut at the end of the first season. The third season of DOTA: Dragon's Blood is coming to the internet. The fighting game that has a penchant for throwing kids off cliffs is getting its own television show.

Ahead of Sonic Origins later this June and Sonic Frontiers later in 2022, a brief clip of Sonic Prime was shown.

There is a game-based animated series in the works.

The return of licensed games with several titles based on its shows is one of the highlights of the games department. The Too Hot to Handle game is a soap-opera-y game in which a pregnant lady plays.

Last year, a Riot game made its debut on the streaming service, and now, there are more games from the publisher. A card game called "Reigns: Three Kingdoms" allows players to choose the fate of Three Kingdoms-era China by using their left or right hand. The game about death, which made everyone good-cry back in 2020, is going to be on the streaming service. Poinpy, a vertical climber from the creator of Downwell, is available on the streaming service.

Desta: The Memories Between is a game that takes place in dreams and memories.

Lucky Luna will be added to the streaming service soon.

By the end of the year, 50 of these games will be available on the streaming service, and it could be a serious platform for independents that want to enter the mobile market. It seems like it's serious about being a gaming platform.
