The wedding of Britney Spears to Sam Asghari went off without a hitch despite the efforts of one ex- husband. The bride wore a white Versace gown with a long flowing veil and the groom wore a black Versace tuxedo as they said their "I dos" in front of a few family and friends. The 10 minute ceremony held under a tent on the property of their Thousand Oaks home was perfect. The same man who presided over Paris Hilton's wedding a few months ago did it again. Madonna, Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, Donatella Versace, will.I.am, and Paris were some of the people who attended the party. Britney joined her on the mic as they sang Paris' "Stars Are Blind" The bride and groom passed most of the traditions on to the next generation. Britney's parents, sister, and father weren't there. They did not do a first dance. The closest thing to that was the fact that Brit and Madonna kissed. Selena joined them dancing to a song. Brit wore a red and black minidress and a two-tone dress later in the evening, and she also wore a $100K diamond tennis necklace. Britney's brother, Bryan, was supposed to be at the wedding, but he didn't show up. We think Britney was unperturbed by the event. They did the "Just Married" sign and left the ceremony in a white Rolls-Royce with a red interior. Sam looked pretty damn proud in a black tee with "Britney & Sam" lettering while the blushing bride hid her face. The lovebirds met in 2016 when Sam was booked for Britney's "Slumber Party" music video, and they've been going strong ever since. When you consider all the chaos that happened just a few hours before Brit walked down the aisle, it's easy to see why they pulled off a successful and spectacular evening. When she was married to Alexander for 55 hours in 2004, he made his way onto the property, into the house and even the wedding tent before security took him down. Alexander was arrested for a number of offenses. He is currently in custody on a felony warrant. Britney and Sam's dream wedding looked like a huge hit for them and their guests despite Alexander's frantic attempts to get near them.
