Jon Batiste lost his mind on Thursday when Stephen Colbert made a joke about Donald Trump.
Colbert focused his jokes on the committee hearing just hours before during his monologue on Thursday.
The comedian looked at William Barr's testimony from the hearing where he called Trump's 2020 presidential election claims " bullst"
A video testimony from Barr was accepted by Trump's daughter, who was an adviser in the White House.
It was a sad moment for the president when the clip was aired, according to Colbert.
There was a mix of groans and applause from the comedian's live audience.
The joke appears to be a shot at Trump's past comments about his daughter's appearance, including one from a 2006 episode of "The View" where he said he would date her if she wasn't his daughter.
In his monologue, Colbert made fun of the committee clip that showed pro-Trump rioters reading the former president's message about Vice President Mike Pence.
The only way he could have directed them more was if he sent them instructions for the gallows.
The full monologue from Colbert can be watched below.
