Tucker Carlson lashed out at the January 6 committee at the beginning of his show on Thursday.
He said at the opening of his Fox News show that the hearing told him a lot about the priorities of the ruling class.
He said that they would not help them do it.
Fox News, the nation's top cable news channel, said before the hearings that it wouldn't broadcast them live, but would cover them as news warrants.
There will be never-before-seen video and a lot of other evidence in the public hearings of the House committee investigating the January 6 insurrection.
Carlson referred to the events of that day as a "forgettably minor" outbreak of violence.
He said that this country has never been closer to a nuclear war.
He said that the whole thing is insane.
