The quality of “play” in the latest Madden clips seems questionable.

Competition is needed for capitalism to function properly in the Madden franchise. Since the release of NFL 2K5 Madden hasn't competed. There are some people who have fond memories of that game, but I believe that is the group of people who discovered that there was more money in being somewhat conventional. At least for a time, the NFL2K series was in competition with another video game.

Madden has been the only video game franchise that has rights to images of the football team. John Elway wasn't on the Denver Broncos and Jerry Rice wasn't on the San Francisco 49ers in All Pro Football 2K8 Many people who still make the yearly Madden purchase have complained about the lack of competition in the past. The graphics are gorgeous now that there's a third generation XBox and a fifth generation Playstation, but that doesn't mean the game has made a huge leap.

Some clips of the game were released recently and the man was upset in a "there's truth in jest" way. He likes to have a lot of fun on the social networking site. Humphrey got stuck by Nick Chubb in a Madden 23 clip. He threatened to file a lawsuit if he got stuck in a tight space one-on-one with Chubb, who was second in the league in yards after contact last season.

Humphrey has the right to be angry that the game would make him not know what's going on. Chubb would not have to bend his knees in order for the corner to run at him. Chubb wouldn't just run that player over, he would stick him in the ground. Humphrey needs a 4 if he approaches a tackle that way.

Humphrey had the right to request that Madden be taken out of his hands before he sued, even if he was in the game. A clip of him tackling Chubb and preventing a catch was posted on the company's website. Get your lawyers on the line.

Maybe he is still angry because that tackle didn't go well. He never opens his hands. A person with their fists in the air. The entire sequence is clunky and doesn't look like a professional play, but that wasn't the worst of the clips.

Lamar Jackson moves a bit more realistic than he would have in the game. Jackson puts his right leg wide as if he is going to put a basketball between his legs, even though he is a real quarterback. Christian is the next player to be featured in that video. He broke a tackle but the defensive player that he was chasing never touched him. The defensive player is trying to make contact with the other as they repel each other. The 49ers defense has no balance.

Tom Tupa was the first quarterback selected in the NFL draft and that's when Madden began. Sports have become part of American culture in the past 30 years because most people liked the game. If the game has another 30 years in it, maybe we should focus on the game rather than the story.
