‘Ms. Marvel’ Review-Bombed Into Being The MCU’s Lowest-Scoring Show On IMDB

Black Panther is the best-reviewed movie in the history of the MCU, but at a 98% score from critics, it is not the best-reviewed movie of all time.

That is the reason why it is noticeable that Ms. Marvel is the lowest rated series on the internet. It is being reviewed-bombed.

Some will say that it is not review-bombing if people just don't like it.

• WandaVision - 7.9/10
• Hawkeye – 7.6/10
• Moon Knighit – 7.4/10
• What If…? – 7.4/10
• Falcon and the Winter Soldier – 7.2/10
• Ms. Marvel – 6.6/10

There is a clear downward outlier. The low score is due to the fact that users are more likely to write 1 star reviews than any other series.

There is. Ms. Marvel has more 10/10 star reviews than any other show. If you removed the 1 star reviews, you would have Ms. superhero with the highest score of them all.

The review is being bombed. You should take your choice.

• The show stars a Muslim girl.
• The show stars a Pakistani girl.
• The show is aimed at younger audiences than most Marvel shows.
• The show has changed Ms. Marvel’s powers from the comics.

I am pretty sure that more weight is being given to those first two items, and I have received examples of closed Facebook groups protesting that Carol Danvers was replaced by a Muslim.

Sometimes critics and fans just don't agree. That isn't what's happening here. The core identity of the character including her race and religion is what is being reviewed-bombed. It is not surprising but it still hurts. It is wonderful to watch the show.
