Jordan made the comments the day after he sent a letter to the FBI Director accusing them of punishing FBI employees for political speech after the Capitol attack.
There will be a Naval Reserve response to January. He was like an al Qaeda terrorist during the airport arrest.
It is a real worry. Jordan did not know how pervasive it was. More than half a dozen FBI agents have come forward to the Republican staff on the Judiciary.
According to Jordan's Tuesday letter, one employee's security clearance was suspended, as well as his duty and pay, for sharing views that the FBI was not being completely forthcoming about the events of January 6. Jordan said that the person was a military veteran who was successful in the FBI.
Lawyers for the individual called the FBI's allegation a "distortion" and a "monumental leap" according to Jordan's letter.
A home was identified as being near a suspect.
He said the FBI used an adverse personnel action against another employee over an answer on an anonymous survey.
Jordan said these people are not the first to come to him with similar allegations. Jordan brought similar allegations to the attention of the Justice Department Inspector General.
Jordan said that they had talked to the inspector general about the two agents who were on their day off. The inspector general's information was made public yesterday.
Jordan said that Mr. Horowitz does good work and is a professional.
A request for comment from the FBI was not responded to.
