According to a court filing, Donald Trump and his two oldest children are going to testify in the New York Attorney General's investigation into the Trump Organization.
A New York appellate court ruled last month that the former president and two of his children must testify.
The start date for testimony is July 15 and will conclude by the following week.
Trump's spokeswoman didn't reply to a request for comment from Forbes, but she has called the investigation a political witch hunt many times.
Eric was the son of the former president.
Michael Cohen gave testimony to Congress in 2019. According to Cohen, Trump and his associates at the Trump Organization regularly committed fraud by inflating the value of assets to get loans from banks and save on taxes. A civil case could lead to a lawsuit against the ex-president, but not criminal charges.
Financial fraud claims in Manhattan and Westchester County are criminal cases.
In October, Trump was deposed in a case involving a group of Mexican protesters who accused Trump's security guard of attacking them outside of Trump Tower.
The court says that Trump must be tested in the New York financial fraud probe.
