The average human has the same budget constraints. He shouldn't have time to mess around when it comes to quality if it's close to his home. He should have a routine that will allow him to concentrate on his job and family after a long day. There should be a few people who handle it because he makes his money with his body. I would have to be prepared to fight the barber to get a new haircut.
