The All-Star Game will take place in Los Angeles on July 19th.

A person can vote up to five times during the first phase of voting. On June 30th. The leader of the vote in each league will get a starting position in the game.

The second phase of voting involves the top two at each position in each league other than outfielder and the top six outfielders in each league. On July 8th.

Major League Baseball and the players' association decided in March to allow the NL to have a designated hitter.

July 8th will be the day when elected starters are announced. The 23 pitchers and reserves will be announced on July 10.

The voting system started in 2019. In the first round of the playoffs, the highest vote-getting catcher and infielder in each league would get a $15,000 bonus, as well as the top three outfielders. The second- and third-place winners get $5,000 and $2,500, respectively, for any position other than the outfielder.
