The signing of Fraser Forster is confirmed by Spurs.
He signed a two-year deal with Spurs after his contract at Saints ended.
Pierluigi Gollini will be the back-up to Hugo Lloris at Spurs.
After a move from Celtic for about $10m, Forster made over 150 appearances for the club.
The last international appearance for Forster was in 2016 and he was back in the squad this March.
Before making a permanent move to Parkhead in 2012 he had loan spells with a number of clubs.
During his time at Celtic, he won the Scottish Premiership for a fourth time.
He played in 13 games in the last two seasons.
