• There is trouble in Trumpworld between two of Trump's friends.

  • Graham suggested he might be willing to vote on gun control.

  • Graham hasn't said which way he'll vote.

Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene went after South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, a Trump ally.

She slammed Graham for being the reason why we can't have nice things, and she also criticized him for his support of Biden.

He criticized Graham for suggesting that he would be open to Biden's gun control proposals. Graham wrote on June 2 that he was ready to vote on all the proposals mentioned by Biden and encouraged the Democratic leader to bring them forward for votes.

Graham made these comments after Biden called on Congress to act on background checks. Graham didn't say which way he'd vote on the proposals.

The senator said in a follow-up that he was ready to work across the aisle to find a solution to the gun control issue.

She accused Graham of breaking his promise to her to not vote for red flag gun laws.

He's ready to vote for anything Joe Biden wants, he's ready to violate due process, and this is all wrong with the Republicans. I'm calling out Lindsey Graham, and I'm hoping you call his office and tell him that he's broken his promise.

She urged her supporters to call Graham.

He needs to keep his word. He has to keep his word. She said that he needs to keep his word.

She claimed that Graham was helping his friend, Biden, whom he worked with in the Senate for years and years.

He is helping Joe Biden make sure that his people are put in place so that they can destroy the United States. I don't believe that a Republican senator from South Carolina should be doing that.

Graham's relationship with the fringes of Trumpworld may be changing. He criticized Donald Trump for suggesting pardons for Capitol rioters.

Graham's comments caused a backlash from Trump, who referred to Graham as a RINO.

In January, Graham took credit for persuading Trump not to hold a press conference on the first anniversary of the Capitol riots. If McConnell had a working relationship with Trump, Graham wouldn't back him for Senate GOP leader.
