Fans who were victims of crime at the final have been invited to file a complaint.
The supporters of both Real Madrid andLiverpool said they were attacked by gangs as they left the Paris stadium after the game.
There were reports of fans being attacked or robbed before the game.
Fans can lodge a complaint at the French Embassy.
A statement on the embassy's website says "foreign nationals who were victims of crime during the Champions League Final on 28 and 29 May 2022 can file a complaint to the French judicial authorities".
"These temporary arrangements reflect the French Government's wish to give foreign nationals the chance to get in contact with the French judicial authorities regarding crimes of which they believe they were victims during the event," it says.
The MPs criticized the experience of the fans at the event as "terrifying" and "chaotic".

The crowd at the game were attacked as well as heavy-handed policing.
The governing body of European football, Uefa, has ordered an independent review into the problems suffered by fans after both clubs complained about the final.
Uefa initially blamed the late arrival of fans for the delay in the final.
Fans with fake or no tickets were blamed for the pre- match chaos.
Many of the fans of the two clubs want a full apology from Uefa.
One police union head described how they had never seen anything like it when it came to the post- match trouble.
"They were attacking women, children, old people, and then merging back into the crowd when the police showed up," said Ribeiro.
A Real Madrid statement last week talked about their supporters being mugged. They had to go to the hospital because of their injuries.
