According to a New York Times investigation, the Houston Texans gave a membership to Deshaun's private hotel and club in order to give him massages.

According to Jenny Vrentas, in a deposition he said he had some of his massage therapists sign a copy of a nondisclosure agreement that had been left in his locker by the Texans' director of security.

The quarterback's lawyer said that he continues to deny the allegations that have led to 24 civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault.

When the real facts are known, the issue will be seen in a different way.

Vrentas reported that between the fall of 2019 and the spring of 2021. The Texans helped facilitate the sessions while he was a member.

"It's unclear whether the Texans knew how many massages Watson was getting or who was providing them. But their resources helped support his massage habit away from the team. Watson acknowledged in a deposition that the Texans arranged for him to have 'a place' at The Houstonian. He used the fitness club, dined there and also set up massages in hotel rooms."

In March 2021, the Texans issued a statement saying they were aware of a civil lawsuit and that it was the first time they had heard of it.

According to Vrentas, the three-time Pro Bowler had multiple massage sessions with the woman and she could really expose him. Smith is one of the people who have filed a suit.

He told Naccara about Smith's posts shortly after they came to light. He began bringing massage appointments after Naccara gave him theNDA.

He didn't believe that Texans officials knew of his massage sessions at The Houstonian. One woman who provided a massage at the hotel said the room was registered to a member of the Texans' training staff.

Johna Stallings was the Harris County sex crimes prosecutor who was in charge of the case. The amount of contact between the two was noted.

According to Vrentas, there was only one contact between prosecutors and the lawyers for the women.

Although criminal charges were not brought against him, his civil suits are still unresolved. He is subject to punishment from the NFL, which is still investigating.

The inquiry was almost over before two more women came forward to file suits against the man.
