To find out about the latest features to help students pursue their personal potential, join us for the product launch event.

In order to better understand how students and teachers are using technology in the classroom, my team and I speak with thousands of teachers around the world. We help students pursue their potential and help teachers amplify their efforts. We are sharing new updates to our products to help teachers and students succeed in the upcoming school year.

We continually evolve our features to meet the needs of the classroom. We are adding new features like the Screencast app, built into Chrome OS in M103, where you can record, trim, share and view transcribed screencasts. There is a new mode coming to select devices with Google TV that will allow both students and teachers to share their Chromebooks screen with a class display using an access code so that only people in the same classroom can cast. If you want to be notified on the availability of cast moderator hardware, please fill out this form. You can read more about what's new for Chromebooks on our website.

New tools and integrations are being rolled out to help teachers and students. Practice sets lean into adaptive learning by giving students instant feedback on their answers and real-time support if they are stuck. The practice sets are only available in English for customers with Education Plus or Teaching and Learning upgrade. You have to sign up to access it. Students and teachers will be able to access more EdTech tools with a single login thanks to add-ons. Students don't have to worry about remembering passwords or navigating external websites because teachers can create engaging assignments. There are add-ons available with Education Plus. In order to get ready for the new school year or semester, we are expanding our roster import feature to an additional 15 countries, in partnership with Elevate Data sync. If you sign up, you'll get a chance to participate in the trial. You can read more about what's new with classroom.

We are adding features focused on increasing interconnectivity, control and efficiency in the classroom for those who use the Google Workspace for Education Plus or Teaching and Learning upgrade. For easy lesson reviews and the ability to search for words, Meet calls can be auto- transcribed into a Doc. Have you ever wanted to keep an eye on your class? You can use Picture in Picture in Meet to navigate other tabs and view 4 tiles of students in a meet call. Polls and Q&A can be added to Live-streams to keep your class engaged. There is more information on what is new with the meet on our website.

Products and features that meet the needs of students and teachers are what we want to continue to develop. When tech is put in the hands of teachers who know how to engage students and challenge them, the magic happens. The technology that powers education is not the only factor.
