Fox News primetime programs — including Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity — won't air full January 6 public hearing, delegating live coverage to business network

The first public hearing related to the January 6 riots will be covered by the Fox News Channel.

Martha MacCallum will anchor live coverage of the hearing on Fox Business Network.

The House select committee investigating the attack on the Capitol will hold its first prime time hearing on Thursday at 8pm, with most major networks planning to cover the proceedings.

The hearing is scheduled to take place at the same time as two of Fox News' top-rated shows, "Tucker Carlson Tonight" and "Hannity", hosted by conservative hosts.

The January 6 panel asked for help in its investigation. A three part documentary on the insurrection was released by Carlson last year.

The January 6 hearing on Fox Business Network will be streamed on Fox News Digital and Fox Nation.
