Musk's lawyers wrote a letter to the legal officer of the social media company, warning them that he could end the deal if they didn't tell him how many fake accounts they have. The letter was included in a filing with the SEC.

Under the terms of the merger agreement, Musk's rights to information were denied. Musk has been asking for data on fake accounts. Last month, the deal was put on hold due to the platform's problems.
