The Office was so funny that the actors would break down laughing.

Fans universally know that statement is true. The actors always learn new lines and scenes that break their characters. Two instances from the Season 6 episode "The Delivery" were discussed on a recent episode of the Office Ladies show.

The first part of the episode shows Pam going into labor in the office, refusing to leave for the hospital for a long time, and eventually giving birth to Cecelia Marie Halpert, also known as Cece. The cast had a good laugh at the office before they got to shoot the hospital scenes.

" Women's Appreciation" episode, "Money", and "Branch Wars" are some of the funnier scenes from the show. The show shut down production for 20 minutes because John Krasinski and Rainn Wilson were so funny. The Office cast stopped working because of two moments from "The Delivery, Part 1.

In the first part of "The Delivery, Part 1," Michael tries to distract Pam from her worsening contractions. He wants employees to come up with a list of things they can do to slow Pam's labor down. It's a classic.

Kevin's suggestion, or rather Brian's delivery of the suggestion, sent the room into a comical uproar.

Kinsey says that Kevin throws out spicy food. Yes." One way to induce labor is to eat spicy food.

Michael asked what the opposite of eating spicy foods was.

Kevin was supposed to say "shove spicy food up her butt." The line was different on the day of filming. She said that the pitch that Kevin made that "spicy food come out of her" tickled them so much that they couldn't get through it.

They played three takes from the bloopers that proved they were still laughing. She laughed and said that they were all anticipating it.

Steve Carell's unintelligible pep talk

The Dunder Mifflin men tried to comfort Pam by putting their hands on her stomach. The room burst into laughter after Carell delivered a second line.

The next scene is in the break room. Kinsey said that Pam was determined to have her feast with Kevin and Jim was against it. Michael told him to go to the hospital. Pam lost it and said she wasn't going. I don't want to go. She admits she is scared to go. The men in the room gave her a pep talk.

One of my favorite scenes to shoot was this one. Kevin is my favorite person to be around. It made the whole thing funnier. The straight man is in the picture.

I am aware!" What is that? Kinsey wanted to know. I loved your performance as I watched it. I'm not sure how you kept a straight face. They were all touching Pam's belly when they put their hands on it.

The moment that made us break was not that one. We were able to get through that, but the moment we couldn't get through was when Jim freaked out and Michael told him to hold it together. Steve did that line a bit more often. He did a strange take on it.

Kinsey chuckled and said that Michael was clearly losing it. It's hilarious." The chaos in the moment makes me happy. Yeah, man.

We had a great time doing that scene. I don't believe we wanted it to end. They have a lot of video from it.
