A video of a slideshow was shown at a meeting the billionaire held last week.
Halfway through the video, there is a slide that says "15,000 Starlinks delivered to Ukraine" with a picture of Starlink kits in a parking lot. The picture may have been taken in Ukraine.
The number of Starlink kits sent to Ukraine has not been made public by either Musk or the company.
In March, Shotwell told CNBC that the company had sent thousands of Starlink kits to Ukraine.

When contacted by Insider, the company did not reply immediately.
In early May, Mykhailo Fedorov, the Ukrainian vice prime minister, said that there were 150,000 daily users of Starlink in the country.
Zelenskyy praised Starlink in an interview. He said the service helped overcome Russian propaganda by providing internet to Ukrainians who were told by Russian forces that their country no longer exists.
According to reports, the internet network of the company has aided the Ukrainian troops.
A Ukrainian soldier told a British journalist in April that he had been allowed to stay online by Starlink.
The Times of London reported in March that the Ukrainians were using Starlink to destroy Russian targets.
In May, Musk said that Russia was trying to jam the signal from Starlink in Ukranian.
In the video shared by Musk, there is a slide that says Starlink had half a million users.
According to its website, the company has more than 2,400 satellites in the air, with the aim of connecting those in rural and underserved areas to the internet.
