The new MacBook Air should have a completely new design, similar to the design of the new MacBook Pro machines, Touch ID, and MagSafe charging.

The Air will likely be available in at least three or four colors, including space gray, silver, and gold, according to Gurman and analysts. There have been reports that the Air will be available in a variety of colors, but this is not the case.
