The woman is facing felony charges because she wanted to speak to the CEO of the company.

According to a press release from the sheriff's office, a 20-year-old woman from Pennsylvania was identified as the person who was involved in the incident on Wednesday.

She was being held at the Carrizales-Rucker Detention Center.

There is a third degree felony charge for assault on a public servant during the arrest, as well as various Class A misdemeanors.

The place where the company plans to launch its rocket is in south Texas. It wasn't the first time someone had entered the company's grounds.
