According to reports, the Bored Ape Yacht Club lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in NFTs on Saturday. One BAYC and two Mutant Apes token were stolen in the scam.
The community manager of the project, Boris Vagner, was the victim of a hack. The attacker obtained Vagner's login credentials and posted fake links to the official BAYC and Otherside projects.
According to the report, the first to spot the compromise was NF Therder, who traced the stolen funds to four different wallets.
