During the trial, she spared no expense to keep herself and her family in the lap of luxury. About 25 minutes away from the Fairfax County Courthouse where the 6-week trial took place, is a 13,000- square-foot Virginia mansion where Amber lived away from home. There is a tennis court, a movie theater, and a fitness room at the house. The home was rented for $22,500 a month on May 4. It's not clear if she was staying there before the trial started, but witnesses in the neighborhood say she was there with her daughters. The security detail for amber was present on the property. Elaine Bredehoft says that they intend to appeal the judgment of over $8 million. She doesn't have enough money to pay him.
