In the wake of Heard's attorney saying her client couldn't afford to pay him, there are fake GoFundMe campaigns that claim to raise money for her.

The court battle over Heard's Washington Post op-ed about domestic abuse came to an end on Wednesday. State rules limited Heard's damages to $10.35 million. Heard was ordered to pay $2 million for defaming her lawyer.

Heard can't pay the damages because she can't, according to her lawyer.

There are fake GoFundMe campaigns with titles like "Justice for amber Heard" and "Help amber heard pay off johnny depp".

The description for the "Justice for Amber Heard" campaign said that they believed that social media protected the abusive person. Please assist her. She will be able to get the money. I called her attorney to make sure they could loop her in.

The campaign was taken down before it was able to raise much money.

The top priority of the company is to keep the community safe. If there is a direct connection between the recipient of the funds and the fundraiser, they will be removed from the site.

The spokesman didn't say how many fake campaigns had been taken down yet. Heard's team did not reply to questions.

The fake campaign titled "Help amber heard pay off Johnny depp" had a goal of fifteen million dollars.

100% of the profits will go to amber heard. Help a woman who is going through a tough time.

During the trial, some users created troll campaigns, like "SAVE AMBER HEARD'S CAREER", "Don't support amber Heard, support me" and "raising awareness to stop woman like amber".

The pro-Depp fandom used the live-streamed trial to create viral meme and videos mocking and berating Heard, as well as creating GoFundMe campaigns to try to raise money for things like "buying promoted posts" and "sponsored ads" on social media.
