Get ready for a flyby.

The most distant probe circling another planet swooped down on Jupiter's clouds for the 41st time in April. The space agency recently uploaded footage of the encounter.

A series of images captured by the 66-foot long orbiter were created by the citizen scientist. Jupiter's clouds were 2,050 miles away from Juno's location.

The closest approach to Jupiter was ten times closer to the planet than the location of some major U.S. weather satellites were to Earth.

On a mission to uncover the mysteries behind the largest planet in our solar system, Juno arrived at Jupiter. Jupiter is made of something. Is it possible that Jupiter formed? Jupiter's atmosphere has been studied for nearly six years.

There is an exciting flyby coming in September 2022. The moon is just 221 miles from its icy surface. The moon's cracked, icy ground is the focus of the space agency's efforts.

It is a fascinating place. The salty-water ocean is thought to hold twice as much water as Earth's oceans combined, according to NASA. The space agency said thatEuropa may be the most promising place in our solar system to find environments suitable for life beyond Earth.
