She's being sued over her Christmas jingle because another artist claims his song inspired hers.

Andy Stone says he co- wrote and recorded a song called "All I Want For Christmas Is You" a couple years before MC released her famous track.

Andy claims in the lawsuit that he recorded his back in 1989 in Nashville, and that it made it to the charts during the Christmas season, and he even filmed a music video.

It's a problem for Andy. We all know what a huge hit the song has become since it was released in 1994.

Andy says that the camp never got permission to use that title.

They're not the same song, even though everyone knows it, because it sounds completely different.

The story was broken by the gossip website. She puts millions of dollars in her pocket each year, thanks to her version of the Cash Cow.

Andy wants a piece of that pie, and he's going after the person who stole it.
