President Joe Biden, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, members of the committee investigating the January 6 attack, and other "clowns and kangaroos" would be subpoenaed by Peter Navarro if the Republicans win the presidential election.
"You bet your life that I will lead the charge," he said to Melber.
Nancy Pelosi and Elaine Luria will be with me. "I'll take Biden and every single senior staff member in there, I'll put them with subpoenas, and we'll start with the impeachment of Biden for the things he's done in the past."

When asked by Melber if he was suggesting abuse of power, he said it would be an act of retaliation where he reciprocates what he called a "BS" Democrat effort to imprison him.

He was reminded by Melber that he had made the statements on TV.
In a lawsuit he filed, he revealed that he had been subpoenaed by a federal grand jury to provide records of any communications with Trump.
The lawsuit seeks to block the subpoena.
He has been subpoenaed by the congressional committee, but has refused to comply.
The former Trump aide cited "executive privilege" as a reason for not cooperating. During his discussion with Melber, he kept repeating the argument.
When asked if he would testify before the grand jury, he said "T.B.D."
When asked if he had cooperated, he refused to answer. Let me be very careful in saying this. I have responded to the Justice Department and there will be more interactions to come. Let's allow that process to go on.
Melber asked him if he was currently offering them any evidence or material and if he was telling them no.
