Billy Hogan said that comments by France's interior minister about the scenes at the final were disrespectful.
According to Gerald Darmanin, only English fans caused problems at the final.
Hogan said that his response to the French minister's comments was just one of disbelief.
The police used tear gas.
Fans who attended the final were asked to fill out a feedback form in order to support an investigation into the event's management.
"With regard to the fact that this is only Liverpool fans, I spoke to my counterpart at Real Madrid yesterday, who made it clear that their fans also had issues," he added in a question and answer session on Liverpool's website.
"The pain, the grief, the harm, the hurt that they [fans] suffered on Saturday, and now to be told by a French minister that onlyLiverpool fans have been a problem, it's just disgusting."
An independent report has been commissioned to investigate what happened at the final.
"We've written to Uefa again and we've raised specific questions that we'd like them to clarify around the details of this investigation," said Hogan.
It's very important that we get this investigation going and start it immediately.
The showpiece game, which was moved to Paris from St Petersburg following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, was described by fans as being chaotic and overcrowded.
The French authorities blamed ticket fraud and accused the club of failing to control their fans.
There were long lines of fans waiting outside the stadium in Paris for the match to start.
Local gangs were targeting supporters.
