New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley is hoping to get his career back on track in the years to come.

It feels like a fresh start according to Charles Barkley. I'm feeling good again. It's all there for me. I know I'm good. One day at a time, that's all. You feel the energy in the air.

He has been a head coach in the NFL for five years. Both Pat Shurmur and Joe Judge failed to make the playoffs in their two years as the Giants' head coach.

After bursting onto the scene as the offensive rookies of the year, he has been disappointing. He had just 593 rushing yards, 263 receiving yards and four total touchdown in 13 appearances in 2021.

He averaged 3.8 yards per carry in the NFL.

The offense finished second to last in both points scored and total yards.

After running a Buffalo Bills offense that finished in the top five in each category, he will look to turn things around. Buffalo wasn't known for its heavy use of running backs last season, but that didn't stop singletary from scoring eight times.
