Patrick Mahomes won over American hearts yesterday for being a true golfer of the people, even though he lost The Match. It just wasn't enough to bring home the W as he was trash-talking not only his opponents but also his teammate as he hit 300-plus-yard bombs.
Buffalo's Allen said he throws up before every football game, ala Bill Russell and a few others. The two rookies lost the 12-hole challenge to the veterans of the game in The Match, a charity exhibition that has seen some of the world's best athletes compete. The greatest tradition of The Match was the trash talk.

While his partner Allen didn't add much value to the course, he did use a ball with the famous Tom Brady combine photo printed on it. Brady asked Allen if he'd ever seen a trophy like that. It's good.
