A picture perfect viewpoint of a struggle-free life can be found on social media. We still compare that lookbook to our actual lives even though it isn't an accurate representation of the ups and downs.

Do you feel that way when you compare yourself to them? We all feel that way. Sharing motivational videos and other meme-formatted graphics that portray the path to success is a constant grind and sacrifice as a business owner.

Young people are turning off the outside world to build a business because of the Hustle culture. Not sleeping well or exercising, pausing any form of a personal life and not creating financial security is traded in for 100 hour work weeks and an addiction to coffee.

I'm aware of this because I lived it. For the first three or four years of building Innovo, I let myself go into debt, gain weight, pick up vices, and barely sleep because I wanted to out-work everyone else. The fast food in between meetings becomes a bad habit.

Health is wealth. I heard three words but didn't pay attention. Businesses that fail are often the result of burnout. I think it's a good idea to remember to prioritize being the best you can be when thinking about the people who rely on you. There is sacrifice and a grind that is necessary. The other parts of your life will eventually ruin your focus if you ignore them.

The key to your success in business is your health.

Limit your caffeine intake

This is one of the biggest drawbacks of being an entrepreneur as a person who bounces from coffee shop to coffee shop. Monitoring my coffee intake is important to me.

When your body and brain are in a hyper-aroused state, your emotions run high. Irritability and anxiety are the most common emotional effects of caffeine, but it's not the only one. Coffee can bring you back to normal if you're over-caffeinated.

The idea is to supplement those extra cups of coffee.

There is a silent killer of success with your daily coffee fix.

Go on walks

The benefits are huge. Alejandro Lleras, a psychology professor at the University of Illinois, said that taking brief breaks increases people's ability to focus. Walking is a good way to get some exercise. I am aware that you are looking at your watch to stand up. It might be a sign.

A study found that people who walked three times a week during their lunch break felt a lot better. Staying calm and walking can keep you focused on the task at hand.

The idea is to take a walk before work. Take a break if you feel stressed out.

There are three reasons why walking increases creativity.

Write down your daily to-dos

It's not harder to work smarter if you digest what you have to do in bite-sized pieces. There are times when you have so much to do that you can't do much. This can be fixed by creating realistic and manageable to-do's. When you check the complete box on a task, you get a boost in seratonin. They should be organized and realistic.

It is okay to have both to-do lists and calendars.

These are a few things you can do daily to improve your health. Don't lose focus of what's needed to be at optimal performance when you over-hustle. This is for you!
