According to new legal documents, Ne Ne Leakes is being hauled into court for allegedly sleeping with her boyfriend's wife, causing her marriage to collapse. Malomine claims in the lawsuit that Ne Ne and now-BF Nyonisela Sioh hooked up while he was still married to her. Malomine says Ne Ne posted picture after picture of her and her new man. Malomine said she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection. North Carolina is one of 7 states where a person can file a lawsuit against their extramarital partner. Most states have stopped such suits because they are just a game of love. Malomine wants more than $100K. Ne Ne is no stranger to lawsuits, she recently accused the Real Housewives of being a toxic workplace. She claimed that the show ignored her complaints about Kim Zolciak- Biermann's racist comments. We reached out to Ne Ne, but no word back.
